Located near West Lakes mall on Brebner Drive, Forks & Chopsticks Asian Restaurant offers busy shoppers quick, delicious meals. - It was average. I arrived at the designated time and was told it would be 5 more minutes. Not a big deal. Garlic prawns had no garlic. Prawn crackers stale. Beef and black bean ok. Spring rolls good.

- My order 5584176 was disgusting, Soup was cold, entrée satay beef was so tough I gave it to my dog, Prawn chips were stale, I'm not sure if we should try our main meal worst meal I have had from this restaurant, sorry I won't be back. Yes I contacted the restaurant direct they wanted me to return the meals to them... too late. Unfortunately I am forced to enter 1 star, seriously I wouldn't give them this based on how I was treated... Poor food, Poor rating, poor customer service.

- The food was 10/10 like it always is. Our service this time around was extremely disappointing. Placed an order at 4:30pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. Got the confirmation email and text message shortly after saying our order had been accepted. 6:30 comes around and there's no food. We wait 30 minutes before calling because Saturday nights can be busy. Ring at 7:00 asking if it would be much longer and are told that the delivery is on its way. At 7:45 there was still nothing. Call back and we were told that our order hadn't been accepted because we ordered too early (but I pointed out the text and email). We are told it would be there in 30 minutes. Nearly an hour later and other phone call to the shop our food finally arrives. Was very disappointing as we have had such excellent service previously.

- Had to wait 80 minutes which was a bummer so safe to say I was starving when it arrived. But it was worth the wait I guess. Food definitely isn't bad and if you're looking for chinese takeout that's half decent look no further.
