- Great communication - restaurant phoned me immediately to let me know that the kitchen was busy and my order might take a bit longer to arrive. Excellent chicken parmigiana - very tasty, huge serving and not dry at all. Just disappointed that they're not open tonight so we can order again!!

- Pretty delicious food. It's not the best Italian food but not at all the worse. I used to eat here a lot many years ago and I remember it being better then. I had food from here recently and enjoyed it but not as much.

- I ordered at 7pm, which is peak time, the estimated time was an hour and 10 mins. They were 30 mins past estimated time, which I could handle. When the food arrived, the 2 pasta dishes were warm to hot, which was ok, however the Barramundi and chips were stone cold. That is no over reacting. I do expect chips to be a little soggy when you order for delivery, however it seemed the fish meal was made an hour earlier than the rest. It definitely was not edible as the fish had turned to rubber. Menu also states crispy chips, maybe for takeaway/delivery purposes remove that adjective as it very hard to reach that standard. The restaurant is only 2 suburbs over. IMO, pasta is great to order for delivery as it can stay warm for a period of time, however I wouldn't recommend much else.

One garlic braed was burnt, both were very doughy.
Carbonara was very dry & tasted only of onions. Lasgane was ok, as were the chips.

Regular dishes are enough to feed at least two if not three people - so very good value for money.
What would improve delivery would be some grated Parmesan cheese such as you receive when getting pasta from Pasta Cup to top the pasta - I could've missed this on the menu though! - Mary
