  • Lovely vegie burger. Arrived 10mins earlier than scheduled. Polite delivery person. I'm grateful they delivered from 20-30 mins away, because not much nearby was open yesterday afternoon. Would visit to buy from them again. Thank you!

  • Please, please change your cooking methods or perhaps the quality of your meat.
    You need to pre-soak your ribs in marinations, especially if you grill your meat.
    It will not be soft and succulent if you are simply placing a stack of ribs on the grill and ripping them off with BBQ sauce, which tastes great btw..
    Such a small change, could make such the difference.
    The BBQ sauce tastes amazing. Soak it in that.
    The ribs that I had ordered were extremely hard too chew and I wish I was over-exaggerating.
    The title of your restaurant is "Grillers steak & Ribs"
    If the main dish in your title, tastes nothing like a juicy and succulent stack of ribs or steak, for that matter... Then you would perhaps need a quick name change..
    It would be in your best interest to seek professional help from a professional.
    Take care and pride in your food, when in business.
    Everything else was just fine.
    The marinated prawns tasted amazing and the range of sauces and sides are delicious.
    Their is so much potential here...

  • I wouldn't even give them half a star. Paid $120.00 for 3 steak meals, had to wait over an hour only to receive 3 steaks that looked like they just put sauce on them while still bleeding. Rung up & was told i had to wait another hour to receive more uncooked steak. Never again.... dont be fooled people...but the only way for me to post this review is by giving them a star they dont deserve.....

  • Food was extremely over priced. Medium rare - what a joke - not a sign a pink anywhere. Missed most of the sides ordered. Ribs were tough. Best parts of the meal were the gelato and nippys - being that they didn't make them. Won't be ordering from here again. Should be zero stars.

  • Steak was cooked rare even though medium was ordered and was mostly gristle. Ribs were tiny and incredibly dry. Most of the food was only warm though that could be a result of the late hour. I was hoping for a lot more for the price. Cant see myself ordering again.

  • Steak was over cooked dry and tough as boots, mashed potato was just big lumps not mashed at all, pumpkin soup was water with a little pumpkin flavour, not a very nice experience at all 😩

  • i dont normally give bad reviews to restaurants but this restaurants definition of quality food needs to be looked at.. i ordered a burger with the lot and some chips.. the bun to my burger was stale, half the chips were overcooked and burnt the other half were undercooked and almost frozen-(how does that even happen??) and on top of that the delivery was half an hour later than theyre estimated time of delivery.. hands down the worst quality and service i have ever experienced..

  • 2 hours 10 minutes is just a ridiculous time to wait for a meal, I could have driven to the supermarket bought the ingredients and cooked it myself in that time, to top it off it was cold, really disappointing and a waste of money as most of it ended up in the bin!

  • you'd figure that if a restaurant has ribs in their name they'd at least be able to cook a decent rib. they were inedible. I think a hockey puck would be more tender. i know australia isnt texas but you'd think that there would be at least a minimal understanding on how to cook a rack. will never order from here again and will make sure to tell everyone i know to avoid this sad excuse for a restaurant at ALL COSTS.

  • Steak was not grilled and medium, but very well done and pan fried. Ribs were odd, seemed to be cooked outside and raw inside. Very tough meat. Sides were good. Sauces were good.

  • Ribs were so tough i had to saw them with a steak knife. Marinade and dipping sauces appeared to be straight from the packet. Steamed veggies were watery and there is no coleslaw on the menu - the natural side to ribs!

  • Ordered pork ribs. Normally when you order ribs you don't need a stake knive to cut it, but in this case not even that could of helped. When I finally cut it inside was still pink. Thank you very much you just put me off pork ribs.

  • This is the second time my order has been wrong!!! I let it go the first time then asked for a refund the second time but was told I wouldn't be getting one!!!!
    Food was delivered cold. Terrible customer service, delivery and can't get an order correct. I will not being ordering from here again.
