- The pizza was greasy, soggy and limp despite having requested for the base to be well done. The pasta was overcooked, ingredients were a sorry mishmash (hardly fresh) and almost caused me to break a tooth courtesy of the olive stones. In an eat-in situation an apology and discount would have been in order. In this case it's better to never order from here again.

- First time ordering, wrong pasta sent (advised tried to call, although no missed call and driver called just fine when he could not find the address) and the ordered salad did not arrive. Tried to Urey driver who showed me the receipt and said this is all they have me, on further question was told to call the store who blamed the driver for forgetting and explained about the pasta. Waited an additional 30 mins yet salad still not here before writing the review. Will note the pasta was enjoyed, the pizzas average, good garlic bread and wonder if the salad will arrive

- Ordered 3 chicken kievs 1 with veggies 2 with chips, got 2 with veggies 1 with chips, called up to tell them and the employee refused I was right and assured me that I was wrong and it was 2 veggies and 1 chips. Told me he would send me a photo of the receipt to prove me wrong and hung up on me.
Called me back 10mins later apologiesing saying he was just the messenger...

- Not up to the usual quality, I've been a regular for some years and tonight's order was a little underwhelming I'm afraid, not enough topping and overlooked. Maybe they have a new chef? Come on guys, don't let the quality slip. I love your pizza's and want to come back, you have been the best in the area. A hiccup now and then is understandable, but don't let it become a habit. You Are the bomb when it comes to takeaway in Elsternwick!
