- Your food is always delicious however the first time I ordered from you guys the delivery person was too busy talking on their phone extend to me the courtesy of being present and polite while giving me my delivery. The second time I ordered from you guys I received confirmation that my order would be delivered at 6pm, at 6:10pm the delivery hadn't arrived and I'd received no communication to indicate when it might arrive, so I called your store and was informed the order was running late (traffic) but was on its way. 6:30pm the order arrived, the delivery person was very apologetic but might I suggest, in future, if you are aware that the order is running late that you have the courtesy to call me and let me know that's the case? Thank you.

- Value of meal is great considering what other restaurants offer. Then again, the quality of the pizza is so mediocre that it makes sense.

- A very strange delivery man, he called and asked me "what I am doing?" not mentioning that he was the delivery man, I kept asking him who he was and he kept saying "what are you doing". For a young woman home alone late at night this was extremely unsettling. A moment later he knocked on the door and asked me, very confused as to why I hung up...He sounded frustrated that he had to knock on my door to deliver the pizza and the reason for his call was so I could come out and get it? What do I pay the delivey fee for?? He also couldn't understand why I hung up and didn't respond to his repetitive "what are you doing question?". I had to then explain to him how creepy it was that he did that. Despite that really overcomplicated ordeal the pizza is decent a bit stingy with the pineapples and the garlic bread a bit soggy.

Took just under an hour having it delivered to Hawthorn after 2am, which feels acceptable and reasonable. However, this meant the pizza base was somewhat soggy (almost bonding with cardboard) no thanks to the condensation from steaming hot pizzas in an enclosed box. - Pizza came within estimated time but was absolutely disgusting, not cut properly, warped and covered in oil and too much cheese unnecessarily. My friend and I could only eat half a slice each before throwing it out. We were bent over in nausea for hours. Worst pizza experience I've ever had, How can you bungle a Margherita? I've never been so sick from eating a small portion of something, short of having food poisoning. Avoid at all costs. This experience made me nervous about every ordering food again.
