- Absolutely disgusting experience! I ordered a Pepperoni pizza as a late night snack and was absolutely horrified to find a large blowfly under a piece of pepperoni! I quickly gave the pizzeria a call and demanded that the owner return with a refund. He did, but offered a string of explanations for the fly being in the pizza. One notable one being "well sometimes flies can come into the sauce and die" which really begs the question: if this fly was under a piece of pepperoni in amongst the sauce, how many other flies could I or anyone else have consumed in the past without realising? He was apologetic at the end, but this line of reasoning he offered was truly the last straw. As I explained to him, it only takes one accident to make someone terribly sick! I will NOT be returning.

- Best pizza I have ever eaten in my 24 years of life. All of their pizzas have the best quality ingredients and tastes that I have ever had. Satay chicken and tandoori chicken where both amazing, and to be honest, with the Indian food in the area, if I have a hankering for Indian food, I'd prefer to get the tandoori chicken pizza. It's that good. Have ordered three times in a row over the last month based on how good that initial order was. Seriously, don't change guys, and I'll never buy elsewhere.

- Not sure how to rate. The food was yummy again, but after ordering, receiving an email and a text confirmation AND the money leaving my account I got a call saying that they pizza I wanted couldn't be made. The owner wanted to pick the toppings for me and I argued that if EatNow had allowed my order and I had been charged it should be honoured (plus I had ordered a pizza with more than the 'two extras' previously without issue). If they had called before charging me I would have simply cancelled the order. In the end they did make the pizza, which was delicious and had no indicator as to why it couldn't have been made in the first place. I was asked for 'only two extras next time', this needs to be written somewhere on EatNow. It is irrelevant now however as I think it may be the last time I order here as the experience was really off putting

As this negates the purpose of the menu and also requires extra time and care to prepare, Trono Pizza have requested that a maximum of 2 extras only are added to each pizza ordered. - Beef ribs tough & chewy, not edible. Pizza was very average at best, asked for additions when I ordered on line, though didn't receive them. Delivery took 1hr 30 minutes, will not re-order from here.
