- Please change your times for pick up. This is the second time it has taken an hour not 40 mins for a pick up order. My order was sitting on your bench for 10 mins going cold after an hour. No one called my name when it came out. No one. I was sitting right there making eye contact. The entree, naan and rice were all cold and in the danger zone for temperature. Luckily my curries were safe and good. The same sauce was used for both the Prawn Bliss and Paneer Makani? Please advise your young staff never to tell a customer they don't know what is going on when I asked why no one called my name. The apology was a brush off and not sincere either. I usually don't complain, this is chance to lift your game.

- Let me down bigtime the other night, looked like they sent me sloppy leftovers, I even got an ice team for desert which was so off all you could taste was gone off cream, then to top it off me and the mrs crook for the best part of a week! - Hi when recieved the naan was stone cold I understand that being delivered it sometimes happens but every other time I've recieved deliverys its been reasonable .. Overall the meal was good though spring rolls ok and chicken korma very enjoyable

- Couldn't fault this restaurant. Service is excellent. We have ordered takeaway a few times from here and food is always delicious. Very fresh and lots of flavour without being burning hot with spice. It is nice to be able to have a few vegan friendly options to choose from too! I often have the vegetable jalfrezi which is fantastic as it has lots of veggies but is very hearty. My partner gets the beef vindaloo and loves it. The naan and bliss spring rolls are also amazing! Would definitely recommend bombay bliss for authentic tasting Indian food which offers very good value for money.
