- The food was tasty enough, if a bit too greasy, but it was hard to enjoy...it took an hour and a half to arrive???!!! I was kind of over the idea by the time it got to my door.

- Considering it was a Monday, the order took 75 minutes to arrive for 2 x dishes and some naan bread. The naan was soggy and the eggplant side was overcooked. the mustard fish was the best dish luckily. Wouldnt order here again.

- It's unfortunate that again I've been disappointed by Phulkari. Friday night delivery - told 70 mins. It was closer to 100 mins - really unfortunate when you're spending good money and waiting that long for your dinner. I understand it's busy on a Friday night - but surely the smartest business move would be to get more drivers for weekend busy times. Won't be ordering from them again which is annoying because it has the best garlic and cheese naan around.

- Food was nice - but the service was not so good. Order was confirmed at a 60min delivery and it took 90 mins! When I called to confirm where the order was (the first time) the person on the phone wasn't very apologetic. Unfortunately, a bad experience when otherwise, it would have been positive.
