- The driver brings my order. I asked where the garlic bread was? He has a quick look in car and then returns to tell me he left it at the shop and was going to get it and return. Another 20 mins later he returns. So 1 hour and 10 mins by the time i receive my complete order. Not good enough.

- The pizzas were below average, and made us feel quite unwell afterwards. The crust was super thin, toppings were bland and had no flavour. Capricciosa had one single anchovy. The ham they use tasted a bit like cardboard. The only pizza that had any flavour was the Americana. Probably won't be ordering from here again.

- Pizza was ok but cold. Took 90 minutes to deliver when I was told 40 minutes. Salami pizza should have more than a couple of barely there slices of salami. Will think twice before ordering a 'gourmet' style pizza from here.

- The steak was incredibly gristly, hard to cut - and barely lukewarm. The chips were only just warm. The driver delivered the wrong drink, and was so annoyed at the prospect of returning with the right one that I ended up settling for a refund. Very, very disappointed.
