Just terrible. Delivery came late, food was cold and soggy but even worse was the quality of the food and the taste.

Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the food was terrible. We ordered 4 different noodle boxes. All 4 were dry and flavourless. I would occasionally expect 1 dish to not be to your taste, but 4? We couldn't even finish the food. Very disappointed.

20 mins late. Bun chow was delicious but the Singapore noodles were terrible. Tiny shreaded specks of meat and lacking flavour with bulk onion and capsicum. Sorry guys but you can do better

Singapore noodles ordered from here had absolutely no taste to them and tasted horrible. Smoothies that were received had half a cup missing. The quality of food here is not good.

Our food was 25mins late, and cold on arrival. Hard to determine quality with cold food. The chicken dish we ordered was made with fatty chicken with lots of tough pieces and we were unable to eat it. Really really dissapointing.

Received my food at my door in less than 30 minutes from friendly, polite, and diligent staff. Delicious spicy beef noodle soup and char kway teo. I definitely recommend Restaurant 323 to all and am myself no doubt will return for more. Thank you 323.

Delivery time was longer than estimated. Said it would be here in 65 minutes, didn't end up arriving until about 80 minutes. The food was ok - not the best Chinese food but not the worst Chinese food. Only one or two of the dishes were a stand out (we ordered quite a bit of food, enough for six people). The spring rolls were horrible - under cooked and pretty sure they were off. Probably wouldn't order again as I think there are better Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants in the Springvale area.
