- We ordered 1 large pizza and 1 medium pizza. We received a confirmation that we would get our food in 60mins. (we live 4 mins away) An hour and 15 mins later I called. They could not find my order, then they said it was the next order going into the oven....So my order had not even been started on after over an hour. They apologised and told me it was out of their control. The nice part was they agreed to give us free coke with our order. I understand things happen that are "out of our control" but they should have called to notify us it would be 2 hours late.

- The food is delicious. Service great, fast and staff will ring and confirm if not sure about the order. Only think is, the fat content must be high: felt a layer of grease settle in afterwards (next day) so pretty sure that was one unhealthy meal. I like feeling healthy. It really is a rare 'sometimes food' in future. Love the different flavours and really delicious, so it is a great memory.

- We ordered and received our confirmation for one hours time. One hour and twenty minutes later we called to see where our pizza was and were told that the driver had left 3 minutes prior to our phone call. An hour and a half of waiting and we finally got our cold pizza without so much as an apology. They skimped on the meat and didn't add the standard sauce. We had to add our own sauce! We paid top dollar for the biggest and fullest pizza and they left out half the ingredients. Will not order from Glenhaven Pizza again.
