- Very generic hamburgers (seemingly stingy with the salads) and chips were soggy. Can't hope for the best quality since it was delivered but it wasn't great. The woman who presented us with the food was very friendly, however.

- The tropical chicken fillet burger and mini chicken fillet burger was not made from premium chicken fillets as described, instead it was a processed chicken patty. We asked for no sauce on one of the burgers and received sauce. The chips were over cooked and we ended up with upset tummies.

Hello Toni, We do use a Premium Chicken Fillet from Steggles as we do not stock any other brands or options. Our Chicken fillets are definitely not processed chicken.
We also cook our chips to a timer so if you wish for your chips to be cooked less please inform us and we will be happy to oblige.
We are also sorry you received sauce on a burger that you asked for it not to be on, We endeavor to not have it happen again.

- So impressed. We had a craving for Dagwood dogs and cheeseburgers and they arrived crispy and crunchy even though we live in sanctuary cove and they're in coomera. The cheeseburger was absolutely delicious

- The food was really fresh and tasty - it was a little late getting delivered but when I rang the store they explained they were really busy and the delivery driver was lovely when he arrived. Not my first time getting food from the roadhouse and it will definitely not be the last.

- The delivery time was exactly as they stated. The food was delivered hot and was delicious. The lady that delivered was very friendly and lovely. Bonus surprise with the kids activity pack for my little one, was not expecting it and he loved it. So did not want to go out and drive to buy anything and this service was just what I needed!! Food was good value for money but i clicked for no salt on the chips as I don't eat table salt and the chips were covered in salt so they were in edible and went in the bin, next time I will be asking for them to take them back and bring fresh ones. - If I could give this no stars I would! It was terrible. How they ever got 5 star reviews on here is unbelievable & highly suspicious! Food was cold, "crumbed chicken breast burger" actually turned out to be shredded bbq chicken in a bun, no cheese on the other burger, wrong sauce & no salt on chips even though specifically requested! My partner actually said its the worst burger he ever tasted. Seriously, how do you mess up an order of 2 burgers & chips?? Its not hard!! Will not be going here again & will not be recomending to anyone! Awful!!
