- The food is always delicious however the estimated delivery time and the actual delivery time have been consistently poor.
First order I was given a wait/approval time of 1 hour when it actually took an extra 45mins on top of that original hour.
The second order was similar however I waited close to 2 hours when again I was only told 1 hrs.
The distance/travel time between the Coomera Roadhouse Cafe and my residence is 5 minutes.
Both orders have exceeded $60.
I won't be ordering through this food outlet again given their lack of efficiency and punctuality. - Corinne

- Best burgers we've had in a long time. Everything came hot and the thickshakes came cold. Really good thickshakes too. Delivery came in 30 minutes, half the time. Will definitely be ordering from there again. A++++

- The delivery driver was lovely, the time was quick but really disappointed in the food. The beef works burger was pretty good but my husband ordered a tropical chicken burger that has mayo and it arrived with BBQ sauce (which he can't stand) so he had to just pick the stuff off and eat without the bun. - Delicious burgers and even arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Considering the nature of the food they serve, everything tastes great, arrives hot and they never forget the little things you write in the notes for them (like no beetroot on one burger etc). I've ordered from them a few times now and have always been happy.

- Chips were over cooked had no gravy which wouldn't have been a problem if the chips weren't burnt. Expensive for a chicken and beef roll for 10 dollars. Food took 90 mins which would of been ok if the food was worth it. The only good thing was the thick shakes. Wouldn't bother getting again.

- Omgg!! The fried chicken is sooo good!! I cant remember the last time ive had such moist fried chicken! Its better than KFC! Also their seafood basket, so nicely cooked and crisp! All in all, great food! Just one little disadvantage tho is the delivery times?? We are in Upper Coomera and 70mins was our estimated delivery and it was delivered 70mins later.. Thats the only thing. Hopefully you could try something different to take at least 10-15mins off delivery times. Thanks!

- We ordered food on Thursday night . Came half hr late and they gave us the wrong burgers . Thought we would try again Sunday night (without burgers ) and 15-20 mins late and food was cold didn't even eat half of it ... Tried calling shop and no answer. Really disapointed 2 bad experiences .

- Delivered way earlier than advised! Food was hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend! On saying that I didn't like the bun for the hot dog but that's me I prefer to standard tip top hot dog buns.

- Worst delivery time i have ever recieved, 1 hour and a half for 2 bbqs one been a childs and 4 nuggets. I understand it does get busy my partner is in the industry, recieved a text message saying it would be an hour and still after calling waited half an hour for an order that was apparently on its was. Food was hot so thats a plus. But wont be ordering again
