- Over 2hrs to deliver. Called the store multiple times only to get their voicemail. When they finally answered they said the order had just left and they would add a soft drink for the delay, how could they do this if it had already left? Order showed up 25 minutes after the call, without the soft drink. I did not want the soft drink as i would not drink it, however it demonstrates that not only do they have bad service, they are also dishonest.

- After reading the amazing reviews on this restaurant i was confident our first experience ordering from them would be a good one.
It was not.
We got our text message saying that the food would be reading in 20 minutes, that made it 6:10pm for pickup.
When arriving, they informed me that my partners massman curry had been given to another customer and that they had run out. I was informed that i would get my money back, which actually turned out to only be the difference which was $1.50.
So i waited for the penang to be made.
By the time we got our food it was 7pm.
When we got it home our curry puffs and chicken bread was soggy and old, obviously due to sitting there for half an hour as we waited for the penang to be made.
I was very disappointed with the service I received and the food.
Im not sure if its because it was a saturday night and perhaps they had a lot of take away orders but all and all, very very poor experience.

- The food here is ways lovely, the only issue is the speed.. my most recent order I was told would be ready in 30 minutes.. From previous experience I allowed 45 just to be safe & when I arrived was told it still was not ready & had to wait an extra 5 minutes. Great food just always allow an extra 15-20 minutes on top of quoted time.

- When it arrive missing a meal (massamum beef curry) disappointing when your feeding visitor also later. Offer to send it out a bit later. Offer free next time how do you do that online. Otherwise taste good!
