- I could have sworn I ordered the fried rice dishes instead of Pad Thai, don't know what went wrong. I was in the mood for fried rice, but would up saving the Pad Thai for lunch the next day, and I'm glad I did because it was just as delicious re-heated. Our other meals were eaten right away, and although I ordered them before, they were amazing. Food was delivered HOT not warm, which is also a plus. I think we found our "NEW" favourite Thai restaurant ;) Karen T.

- The quality and taste of the food here has been hard to beat...I have a few allergies and time after time other restaurants disappoint to the point that I get an upset stomach. Having great, fresh and tasty GF options from Thai Ginger gives me a well earned break from the kitchen once a week.

- Ordered our meal at 720pm, received msg it would be 45 mins. That was ok and understandable, what was not OK was 815 we get a phone call saying that they could not deliver our meal due to road works near our residence. After trying to explain and guide the driver into our estate I then had to drive out to pick our dinner up from approx 5mins from my home..
It kind of defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. It was eventually 840 before we ate. Enjoyed the very late massamun beef curry. - Naomi

- Food was good but it took about 1.5 hours from the time we ordered for it to arrive. Called them after ordering and they said it would take 15 minutes, called again 45 minutes later and they said it hadn't even left the store! Really disappointed that this information is not provided before ordering. If we knew it would take so long we would have just gone to pick it up! Don't order delivery if you're hungry!
