- We were informed by a lady when we ordered a delivery that we did not meet the minimum delivery fee because soft drinks don't count...this is fine however nothings written on the website to confirm this and as far as we know we DID meet the fee...I don't know. Small thing but I guess first impressions last :/

- Lovely food and quick delivery. One of the dishes had chilli in it which we were not aware of so best to check if the dish contains chilli. Came with a complimentary bag of prawn crackers which was nice.

- First time ordering from Rice Kitchen. Estimated delivery 45mins but was under 30mins. Ordered spring rolls, signature dish Home Town Chicken and the age-old classic Sweet & Sour Pork. All tasty and exceeding our expectations, unlike so many blind ordering experiences out there. Spring rolls much better than others in the area. Usually these are the biggest disappointment elsewhere! Recommend!

- I must say this is the best Chinese take out i have ever had ( i'm a big fan of the food!!) Delivered fresh and hot was just for starters. This was like being in a proper Chinese Restaurant where they use actual meats and vegetables rather than the second-grade cardboard you get from the other restaurants on Eat Now! Only comes highly recommended. Will order again!

- The delivery was quite fast but the hainan chicken was very dry as if it had been microwaved, not cooked. We read the reviews of their famous "home town chicken," but it was a massive disappointment. It tasted undercooked and there was no real flavor. The chicken was also very slimy as if there was uncooked batter on it.

- We have been getting home delivery from Rice Kitchen for years. The food is always great, the quality consistent and generally the delivery is faster than they say. It is rare to find a Chinese take away that does the Classic dishes well, but then has several special dishes to choose from that makes the meal pop, such as Home Town chicken or their white steamed chicken with Ginger/Shallot and its boneless!
