- Was told there was a wait of 70 minutes, which we thought was okay for a Saturday night. But it took over 2 hours to get our pizza. With no apology or explanation for being late!!! Not happy with the service.

- I get pizza from here all the time and would highly recommend them usually but was very disappointed on this occasion. It took over 90 minutes and I was hung up on when I called to see what was going on. A half hearted apology was offered when the pizzas arrived. Not happy.

- Pizza took over 1.5 hrs to come, it was suppose to be 60 mins. I had to call up to find out where our order was, girl could not find order, she said it will come tonight soon. I then had to make a trip to pizza place myself, she then said its in a car. it arrived just warm soggy oily pizza.

- The food was outstanding - this is only the second time we have ordered from Avanti and it won't be the last. However, delivery is a problem as our address is a retirement village at the end of Fisher Road North and covers 9 acres. I think we will pick-up in future to avoid delays. Thank you.
