- The pasta was bland and honestly not worth the $19.90, and the pizza was just okay. We also opted for the Free Medium Garlic and Cheese Pizza for orders over $30 instead of the 10% off first time order but did not receive that. Quick delivery though.

- Quality of the food is very bad. chicken wings were just boiled and sauce was just poured into them. Pasta was not mixed well, Utter rubbish, Paid $61 not worth at all.

- Have been ordering from Nats place for many years. They either have new owners/ chefs or both. Last few times the chicken Parma has been dry and overlooked, pizza bases too thick, too much cheese and no longer have prawns but tiny shrimp, chips in edible and tiny serves of calamari. Most pastas have too much sauce and no bulk. Very sad to see a restaurant quality go down hill so quickly.

- Food is normally of high standard but last night the food was not veggie were raw eg carrots the mashed potato was rock hard and the snitchzel was dry and the Parma chicken was dry was not happy I threw my food out very disappointed in the all meal expensive if this is what do are going to serve up to away customer I use them 5 times before and the meals have been enjoyed

- When our meal was first delivered, we discovered that the fish I had ordered was not there. When we called back to advise, we were told that"well, you accepted the delivery"! We could not easily check the contents of the delivery before dismissing the driver, as our kitchen is upstairs. We did get the fish in the second delivery. Because of the distance between the restaurant in Bundoora and our house in Brunswick however, the food was ruined. Admittedly, I should have checked the address before ordering, but I thought that there would have been a set radius within which restaurants were allowed to deliver.
