- Wall of China has usually been very good. However our last few orders have been lacking to say the least. Over an hour to an hour and a half waiting for our food to be delivered, and then when it arrived, the soup was cold, calamari was burnt!, and the omelette was half gravy. What's happening?? Previously I've given Wall 5 stars. I'm wondering if there's been a change in owners, new chef, new suppliers with lower quality products??? It's just not the same food as we used to get. Shame.

- There was a bit of a mixup when I got there to pick up my order. They didn't have my order, then they said I hadn't paid. We sorted it out in the end but it took a while. The lady at the front desk said they prefer phone orders. Food was tasty and decent serving size.

- This is the second time I have used them. Both times we were text there would be a 75 min wait which seems excessive. The first time that actually turned into nearly two hours before we got our meal. The second time they didn't have something on our order, so that had to be changed. Food tasted good, however I probably won't order from here again because it takes to long to get your food.

- After I had committed to ordering I was quoted 75minutes for delivery. I was disappointed at this timeframe but not surprised as the weather was terrible. It was then a very welcome and happy surprise when my order arrived in a very fair timeframe of 40minutes, so therefore taking about half the time originally quoted. The meal was hot and delicious. Overall we were very pleased with the excellent service and quality food we received. THANKYOU!!

- My order took 1 hour and 10 minutes to make. Not impressed as this is the second time in as many orders that Wall of China have taken over an hour to complete an order. Food was good if you are prepared to wait a long time.

- I would give zero stars if possible. There is one word to describe their delivery service... SLOW!
After waiting over an hour (expected delivery time was 45 minutes) I called the restaurant to ask about the order. The lady said she was sure it would be another 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I rang again. She said they just left and it would be another 5-10 minutes. Another 20 minutes later I rang and the lady apologised and said she just saw them take the food and that they just left the restaurant so it wouldn't be too much longer--- so I'm confused as to why she was saying it would only be 10 minutes the previous 3 times if the food hasn't even left the restaurant yet.
After nearly two hours and the food not arriving, we had to cancel on the order and are now waiting on a refund. I understand it being busy and running behind schedule, most restaurants do, however this was appalling. Maybe contact customers when there are significant delays? If we were told earlier we would have made other arrangements as we had to be somewhere at a specific time (which we told the restaurant about and still made no difference). - ALisha

- The speed of delivery was great. The fried rice was nice, but the mains were soggy: I know it's difficult to maintain crispiness with delivery, but the food was lukewarm and didn't taste fresh.
