- our order arrived all crushed and the toppings stuck to the roof. When I called to let them know I wasn't happy I got dismissed with no compensation. Very disappointing!!

- Been ordering from Bobos for just under1 year now. Lovely service. Lovely people! However.... Last night I waited 1hr & 15 for just my penne bolognaise & 1 drink
The order arrived. Was not the pasta I ordered, usually I'd let it go, but it had bacon in it & I don't eat pork.
Bobos staff were lovely. Made the meal I ordered however with gnocchi as they had run out of penne.. By this time it was 9.15pm & I really don't eat pasta so late.
Anyway. Meal arrived. Owner took other meal off me to discard??!!! Thought that was odd.. Gnocchi was undercooked. So much sauce not enough mince & was uneatable. So disappointing.
Bobos if you read your reviews?
Youwill see how loyal I have been over the past 9-10 months.
I have still ordered when you forget our cans of drink on 2 occasions
Won't be re ordering sorry Bobos, but I have not been looked after & that's what you should be doing for long term customers.
Plus reviews by all of Bobos staff members should be read.

- One of your delivery drivers told me I'd have to "pay a few extra dollars" if I wanted to have them text when my order is out the front. I am often out the back of the property and do not want to disturb the rest of my family with answering the front door. If it was a problem, a call from the store before they left would have been sufficient. If that somehow can't be done then maybe the staff member should take it upon himself to seek a better phone plan. If that means he needs more money he should take that up with his boss, not a regular customer. Otherwise good food as always, Stick to the usual driver next time.

- The parmigiana was better than expected for a delivered meal however the chips went a little rubbery. Delivery time was quoted @ 30 minutes but it took well over an hour - had to follow up the order with a phone call as thought it may have been lost.

Pizza had plenty of chicken and pineapple on it, which was great,
