- First time we'd ordered from here and it was disappointing they didn't get our order right and left anchovies on the pizza after we specifically requested to remove them

- Had to wait 2.5 hours for delivery as problem with Eat Now meant my order didn't get through to restaurant. After that time, no pizza would've tasted that good as I was no longer hungry. Apparently happened to a few people that night but doesn't happen with Menu Log. The person answering the phone was very nice and the pizza's were hot when it got to me but It was more of a Eat Now issue.

- The regular pizza and the topping were OK but the gluten free dough was a disaster. It wasn't properly cooked (the upper part was raw), it needed 10 more minutes in my owen. It was also very tasteless.

- The 45 minutes for delivery didn't happen. It took a chase up phone call and an hour and a half before they arrived. Not surprisingly the pizzas arrived very luke warm to cold and one of them was totally wrong. Fortunately they did manage to get a replacement and very hot one to us within 30 minutes!! An unfortunate start as the pizzas looked delicious and probably would have tasted as good if they were delivered hot.

- The pizzas were delicious, thin crust and a beautiful Italian sauce as the base. Great price too. Unfortunately the whole experience was let down by the slow service. Ordered on a Saturday night at 7pm, with expected wait time of 50 minutes, but on top of that it came an hour late! 2 hours for a pizza delivery is not good enough.
