You can't get away with serving mediocre Thai food anywhere in Sydney, and the Gladesville suburb is no exception to that rule, especially when you have had the opportunity to sample the Thai and Asian offerings of the Iyara Thai Restaurant on Cowell Street. Satay skewers are a certain hit, and the spring rolls are an item that rises above expectations. - Lamb Garlic is excellent! Best Green Curry. Chilli Basil excellent. Noticed the last order we made, the serving sizes & the amount of meat has decreased, which is disappointing, they used to have decent large serves.

- Last night I waited over two hours for my dinner to be delivered, and when it arrived it was cold! They didn't even have the decency to call and explain that the food would take longer than expected. Iyara your food is usually fabulous, but last night it just wasn't worth it, I don't know if I will be back again!

- Ordered via mobile at 5:45pm on a Thursday night and was ready in 15mins! Phenomenal! Food was brilliant - Cashew Nut Sauce with Beef is beautiful with rice. Satay Chicken is delightful! Pad Thai is great, tofu cut a little big but still tasty!

- Delivery of my meal was super fast - less than the time quoted. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my beef massaman as the beef was quite fatty and there was very little meat in my dish. I was disappointed on this occasion.

- I ordered and the food was delivered in 25 minutes. You could imagine the look on 3 small children's faces when I realised I had forgot to order rice. I called the restaurant and told them what I had done and that I would come and pick some up. They said no its ok, we will bring some to you. When the the driver arrived about 5 min later, he said it was no charge. It was beyond my expectations and great customer service. To top it all off, the food was fantastic as usual.
