- The food was good and the family enjoyed it. Unfortunately, not good enough to overcome the difficulty of ordering over the net and have me back wanting more. The website menu was fine so we knew what we wanted to order and it went downhill from there. I couldn't get through on the phone, I don't know how you book a table in the restaurant. It took about half an hour to place our order on a somewhat cumbersome ordering system. Saving you time by having your customer do the work is fine but it still has to be customer focused and I didn't feel that. Because I couldn't get through on the phone there was no way I would have paid over the phone. I wasn't sure you were still trading. As I said, good food, but there is more to it than that. Regards. - It was very nice, except in the comment section when I ordered I did write a note not to put capsicum in 1 dish as if I eat capsicum I get incredibly sick and there was still capsicum in the dish

- I was really surprised to receive the SMS notification that delivery would be 40 mins (restaurant is less than a 5 min drive). Had I known it would take that long, I wouldn't have ordered. After 41 mins I rang and they said another 7 mins. The food was nice enough, but it was expensive and $40 min order is high. Unfortunately the long delivery time ruined the whole thing for us. I won't be using the Eat Now service until the delivery time can be estimated before ordering.

- Took longer than expected for pick-up but given this order was on Valentines Day and the place was packed with diners it definitely says something about the good quality and value of the food. The whole team there were extremely busy but still courteous.

- Ordered vegetable cashew nut noodles, unfortunately it had lots of chicken in it. Not good for vegetarians! Everything else was good quality. Order took about 10- 15 mins longer than expected pick up time.

- Food was lovely. However when it came up on the eat now page as a total of $42 once home with the receipt with the order we were charged $47.70, there needs to be consitancy between the page and the restaurant with what's being charged.
