- La Collina make a good pizza and using Eat Now is highly convenient.
However I had an issue with my order taking 70mins for delivery and tried calling them. I gave up after continuously calling for 15mins.
This isn't the first time I've tried ringing La Collina, the first time was before I found Eat Now and ended up costing them a sale.
I can't stand poor customer service and if they deliberately leave their phone off the hook I will stop ordering from them. - Martin

- Had a bad experience. I ordered a ravioli with vegetarian sauce (assuming that the ravioli itself would be vegetarian too with nothing on the website that states otherwise). Picked up my takeaway to find it was I fact not vegetarian once I got home.
I called and asked for a replacement meal, because I don't eat meat and never intend to. They said very reluctantly that they'd replace it without charging.
However once I drove back (it was pouring rain, just to add to inconvenience) they tried to charge me $10 for the replacement. There was a debate between myself and the owner about who was in the wrong and I ended up just walking out.
I have had good experiences previously but this was a very unfortunate experience of poor customer service and I will not be returning. - Sophie

- I submitted order online and received sms saying the pizzas would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived just after 10 mins to be told they would be ready in a few minutes. So I sat and waited. After 20 mins I asked how the pizzas were going. Then I was given the pizzas which were sitting on top of the oven. I would liked to have been advised when they were ready. As for the pizzas they were just ok.
