- I'm personally not a big pizza eater however I couldn't fault the vulcan pizza I ordered in anyway - 'original' and extremely tasty. My partner ordered garlic prawns with side veges and was equally delighted. HIGHLY recommend!!!

- I've ordered here 3 or 4 times and every time they take more than hour to deliver even though the SMS says 45 mins or so. Each time I call to complain they just apologise and say they are busy - even on a Monday night? I'd just say disorganised, not busy.

- Always running at least 20-30 minutes later than the 45 minute waiting time. Restaurant is 5 minutes away and takes 1hr and 15 minutes to arrive. Disappointing!!!!!!

- Ordered bruschetta pizza, menu did not mention cheese, with no option to remove cheese only add it. Turned up smothered in cheese, I was met on the phone with arrogance, and told that they'd send me out a meduim (I'd paid for large).
"All pizza has cheese, this is the way we do it for 50 years!"
Gave my parents who live next door the pizza with cheese, apparently atrocious, the worst pizza they've had. Soggy and greasy.
My pizza, when it arrived, I'm pretty sure got the "annoying customer" treatment, because it had the distinct burn of chilli.
All in all, terrible pizza, and very arrogant owner.

- Generous Toppings but Always burnt on top and soggy and or uncooked on the bottom and in the middle. I suppose that mathematically that adds up to perfect but as far as being palatable when you're not drunk and starving, forget it.

- Seriously the best take out we've ever had...very difficult to get "real food," done well, delivered, but Pacino's does it...we have ordered several times over the past year and have never been disappointed...kids and adults alike...awesome homemade pizzas, excellent pasta (always delivered piping hot!), and a yummy avocado salad:) You won't regret it...

- We ordered pizza with lot, margerita, chicken parma and a ravioli bolognese. Order came quick and food was hot. Parma was very nice and very big. Rav was also excellent. Pizzas were excellent, lots of topping on the lot. only minus 1 star for the pizzas box bases were very soggy. Not sure if this was the pizza oils, but the pizza didn't taste oily. May have been sweat from the hot pizzas?

- Whilst the flavour was great, the pizza was barely warm and it was also soggy. The lasagne was a soup of bechamel sauce with a dash of pasta. An inedible mush that went straight into the bin. Very disappointing and my last order from this restaurant.

- Yum, scrum. 3 prawns, 3 mussels, 2 bits calamari, 2 scallops - would have liked more calamari. cost a bit, but The Sauce was Beautiful. Delivery speed very good.

- Their Tuscany pizza is still one of the nicest I have ever eaten. The delivery was slow this time, and I found the driver sitting in her car in the street, apparently "lost" because her GPS stopped working. All she had to do was get out of the car and look at the number on my gate !!! As a consequence, my pizza was just warm, but still very nice.
