- Waited 60 minutes for delivery and the order was wrong. Was told to come down for refund to then get told when I got there they can't refund eat now purchases. Waste of time. Eat now customer service was great and sorted out the refund in a couple of minutes.

When we contacted the store after an hour, they said the driver was on his way yet didn't arrive for another half hour. No apology or explanation was given and the food was ordinary at best. Wouldn't recommend.
