If it ain't foldable, it ain't fun (or a legit taco, for that matter).

An authentic Mexican street taco looks nothing like those crispy yellow u-shaped shells filled with minced beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and grated cheese.

(Okay, maybe some guac and sour cream if you're feeling a wee bit fancy.)

A traditional taco has a soft corn tortilla that wraps around the filling. And speaking of filling, in Mexico it's all about dat meat.

Got no time for salad and other such nonsense. Add a little coriander, a little onion, a cheeky squirt of lime, and it's TACO TIME.

Doesn't sound like there's enough on the tortilla?

When your taco is good and true...

Baby, that's all you need.
