When we ordered they said it would be an hour. Fair enough. But, an hour and a half later, we were still waiting for a food to be delivered (around the corner). When I called them they said that they couldn't find my work, so they decided to take the order back to the store and wait for me to ring, even though they had my number, as they called me to confirm the order. 20 minutes later, the food arrived. cold and oily. Not a good experience at all.
