While the pasta was bland, they did fix up a mix up caused by incorrect information supplied by Eat Now and I was quite happy with their service overall.

The pizza was delivered 30 mins late . The delivery man called and demanded that I can down stars to collect the food , so my roomie whent down to get it , after that the delivery man was asking for money , even though we paid online ( the cost was $58) but the delivery dude was saying that we had to give him $48 , then $32 ... He was yelling and screaming , told my roomie , called the restaurant to ensure we paid - yelled at who ever answered , shoved the pizza in my roomies hand and told to "just take the f*** pizza and f*** off" ..... Quite scary . I called the Restaurant to make to inform the staff what had happened , the girl that answered was friendly and apologetic so that made me feel a bit better about the experience ... As for the pizza , my roomie had The Lot and he said it was delicious , I had margarita ... it was ok ... Nice thin base but way too much cheese , since it is advertised as an Italian cafe i'd expect there to be a lot less cheese and for the pizza to be balanced . Well I will try there again one more time and see how it goes ....

The delivery person was very difficult to understand and took a while before it was realised that he was delivering the order. The pizza was nice, but the pasta dish was quite heavy on the oil and lacked traditional flavour of tomato, and there was no option of parmesan cheese.. Overall ok.

After ordering from here a few times, has anyone else noticed that the driver never has change? you pay him & he gives you pizza & he leaves.......

Eat now comment: Just a quick note to advise we have updated the delivery times for Iliana. Also, we have recently added SMS confirmation system to tell you the time the food will be delivered. When your order is accepted, the restaurant gives us an estimate of the delivery time which is fed into the SMS you receive. These are the best estimate by the restaurant, but in this instance it was clearly wide of the mark, and are sorry to give you the wrong info. We will work to improve this system so our customers get the best service possible, including accurate delivery times in the SMS message.

A regular on the delivery and take-out list, Iliana's food rocks! Stoked that they're now available through eatnow - great work! Big thumbs up.
